Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Brookline, Massachusetts.
The course was designed by Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek. It first opened for play in 1931.
Robert T. Lynch many trees which can alter your shots. Water hazards (streams and a pond) come into play on a number of holes. There are numerous sand bunkers located throughout the course. Add to these, small greens and you have a challenging course.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6307 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5680 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 575 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 12, a par-3 that plays 122 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 14, a 426-yard par-4 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 175 yard par-3.

The greens were in great shape and it a classic old New England layout that is very convinient to downtown Boston. The fairways are in need of major work. Many look like they have granade hole wounds on them and the bunkers need attention. Still a good layout though about 6000 yds.
